The utility industry is using geospatial technology extensively in its functioning. The technology is extremely valuable as it ensures the provision of right data to the right person at the right time. Besides, it also ensures integration of asset and work force information for disclosure to the mobile field workers. Utility organisations can also improve customer service by implementing GIS. The session on Geospatial and Utilities will highlight how utility organisations across the Middle East are using geospatial technology to enhance their functioning.
